6+1 is all about a meeting between six people; six personalities with vastly different backgrounds and experience, all of whom share a same vision of the world of communication. "Sparking a new empathic advertising generation"In essence, 6+1 aims at being recognised as an advertising agency sparking the breakthrough of an entirely new generation of advertising professionals. A generation which above all thrusts clients to the very heart of its priorities. It is an agency where there is no place for egocentrism.
This is a promise which we intend to keep by truly involving our clients in the advertising process. We have named this the “fusion” process; whereby, the agency and the client work as one. By entwining ourselves into the very DNA of the organisation, through internships, strategic and creative mindshare, we completely immerse ourselves into the client’s world. We welcome the client in our world as well: a client desk is always ready at our agency.
There is a need to create a constantly evolving new generation. This is why we work towards fusion from the very outset. We work with students in the areas of communication and arts, and collaborate with learning institutes running such study programmes. In September 2010 we created 20Something, the first agency run by students, offering a unique professional experience to the latter. Their clients profit from a unique, unbiased creative view of the multimedia generation.
Finally, we maintain a close-knit relationship with market research agencies, with media partners as well as with other sub-contractors. We work with the intimate conviction that we all represent the strong links in the communication chain.
Hence the second part of our agency name “+1”, with each of us, at the right time, being an integral part of the 6+1 agency; whether this be the client, young advertising professionals or even our partners themselves.
“Think outside the advertising box and realize the client’s real objectives”6+1 can only embody this new generation by thinking outside the advertising box and by fulfilling the client’s real objectives. This is our mission, the very bedrock of our existence.
The term “advertising” is nowadays much too restrictive when talking about the field of communication. Here at 6+1, we grant market research a significant place so as to implement the framework necessary for communication. We employ various different qualitative and quantitative research techniques in order to fully immerse ourselves within our client’s universe, helping us to map out the core objectives.
We determine the scope of our creativity, whilst retaining a substantial degree of flexibility to allow our inventiveness and originality to shine; we call it working with a “creative focus”. This method constitutes the very foundations of efficient and real communication, which will inevitably provide guaranteed return on investment.
All of this naturally requires a certain “open mindedness”. 6+1 is open to one and all and welcomes diversity with open arms. We embrace new ideas and are particularly interested in other specialist domains.
